Please register at the water department at the Municipal Building to have service turned on.

A deposit of $100.00 is required for all new residents. All renters must contact our office also but no deposit is required.

Bills are sent out quarterly and payment can be made by cash, personal check, money order, or online using a credit or debit card.  *Please note:  a 3.0% is applied if using debit or credit card.*

A drop box is available for after hours, located at the Municipal Building, next to our main entrance on 5th street.

Please call the non-emergency line at (330)675-2730 for water breaks.  Call 9-1-1 ONLY if there is a water emergency.

Meter Readings

The Water Department will be reading meters during the months of  March, June, September and December.  Please be aware that our Water Department employees will be walking house to house and may need access to your backyard.
